MOFONGO Green plantains, garlic, and crunchy pork rinds (chicharrones). Chicken, Brisket, or Pork. (Similar to tamales) Mashed plantains masa and other root vegetables and wrapped in banana leaves.

ALCAPURRIAS Fritter made with a masa of taro and green bananas and filled with savory meat.

TOSTONES Fried green plantains. Crispy, savory, salty, golden coins of pure deliciousness.

ARROZ CON GANDULES Puerto Rican rice with pigeon peas.

EMPANADAS Buttery, flaky pie dough stuffed with the most delicious meat. Pork, Brisket or Chicken.

FRIJOLES ROJOS Steam white rice topped with red beans; prepared with potatoes, onions, garlic and herbs.

BLACK BEANS Steam white rice topped with black beans; prepared with sofrito, onions, garlic and adobo seasoning.
